Not quite sure where to post this.

Anyone else having issues with Rogers on Demand not working? I've been trying to watch TMN on demand for ~6 weeks since I got the new menu (which looks good but sucks) and it never works. I've tried ~10 movies or shows and it always says to try again later.

Is this a generalized issue? I sent an Email to Rogers and they came back saying it was a problem on my side and gave their generic advice which amounts to basically powering it off and on.

Anyone here have that problem and fixed it?

Thanks

Did you physically pull the plug?

i personally never prefer to use it since its annoying finding what i want to order through all those menus.
what i do is just go to the channel that it is showing and ordering it from there.

I've been having the same issue for over a month now. Think I'm gonna give them a call tomorrow and see what's going on.

Agree.

I have had the problem you describe several times. Actually unplugging the box for about a minute and plugging it back in fixed it. If not, call Rogers rather than emailing them.

Ill try that, leave it unplugged. I've been either going to the theater or downloading what I wanted to see instead.

I've watched maybe half an hour of tv since I posted this. I wanted to cancel completely but have at least 6-7 months left on my contract

why don't you call rogers and talk to technical support, it maybe a signal issue and they will fix it.

The response is always the same, unplug and reboot, blah, blah, blah, then let us know and we will come out and do a service call. I do not want to wait home for service calls for glitches that I know are on their end...I just avoid it and watch what I want through other methods...
