I thought about it, but it seems just like a cash-grab for the family. "If 2pac did it, do one for Biggie" was their mind-set.

The part when the women says "NOTORIOUS", sounds so cool.

I wouldn't call someone stupid because they like a certain rapper or music artist...or EVEN genre of music, and wants to go see their bio-pic...
but then again...i'm not ignorant

I don't want to be in a theater full of black people that won't shut up during the movie.

Not being racist. It's just a fact. I have many black friends and they agree.

I can attest to that. My black friends say the same.

That being said. If I do plan to watch it in the theaters I'd probably go to First Markham Place.

hahah the comments are hilarous.
People said the exact same thing when tupac came out with his bio like 5 years ago in theatres (cant remember the name).
Funny thing about it all...was when i went to open the theatre doors to get a seat, they had secuirty guards checking people.

You have never been in Pacific Mall with all those Hong Kong people yapping outloud in the hallways, or in a "Rush Hour" movie have you? Quit picking on black people

Yeah that's so dope! It's from that def rap group....Duran Duran.
I guess they were hoping no one would know the source of that sample...?
(edit....I'd better clarify that I only recognized it because my sister was a huge fan)

I may watch it, but holy crap they played this trailer soooooo many times!! They got the "And if you don't know...now you know, you know" part stuck in my head, I can't help but say it throughout the day.
I really don't expect much from it though, these biographies usually suck and people just watch it because it's about someone famous.

Movie was OK.
First half was entertaining and full of life.
Second part focused too much on girl drama and had too much biased views on his life (which is obviously expected...)
All in all, nothing special but if you grew up to his music, it's nice to see it onscreen.

Was not expecting much, but it was not bad. Hearing some of the songs again was good. The guy playin puffy gives Puff too much credit and I was not a fan of the dude playin Pac...ah well Nice recap overall with some expected biases. I will see LIl kim a lil different now.
