which city you are? I used to work as a purchaser for an Ink Cartridges company wholesaler. I can tell them where their locations are and you may pick them up locally.

Refill multiple times as long as the cartridge head is viable (not left to dry out in about 2 weeks).
Call for prices. Mine were 1/2 the price of replacement OEMs.

They usually sell to resellers or shops, but I don't think they will refuse walk in customers. They are a warehouse that sell ALL ink cartridges, laser toners, drums, or any printer accessories. they can order it if the item is not in stock.
Call before you go to find out if they have your ink in stock before going. They accept Credit card, Debit and Cash.
Personally speaking, ebay are better price if you buy more (to reduce shipping cost per items), but if you want something local or need it right away, this is another choice.

Sure, just remind you that they are a warehouse for resellers, not a retail shops that you can walk around. I went to the mississuaga location once only (I worked in MTL head office), you can speak to the guy at the counter and say which ink you needs and they will go grab them in their warehouse room. Let me know how it goes.

Will do, is there any in the east end like Scarborough or North York? Also, can we just walk in and purchase in bulk quantities?

They are even happier if you buy them in bulk.
