Ryerson: MGT200 textbook question

So for my class (Prof. is Valliere) the recommended textbook is Management Fundamentals (penguin cover) by Schermerhorn & Wright. There also seems to be 2 other textbooks by the same authors, one with a cover of Toronto and another with a picture of people.
I was wondering if anyone knew if these 2 others are similar to the penguin one and could be used in the class?
I'm trying to get the textbook used but it seems like no one has the penguin cover one, only the other 2.

Don't get the penguin one, either of the other two versions is fine

I have the one with the Toronto cover...I took the course last semester and it was fine, chapters and contents are the same. PM me if your interested I could sell it to you for cheap.
