LF: Deal with Cogeco

Hi All,

I am looking for a deal for reducing my monthly charges for Cogeco. We have the cable, internet and phone, been with them for over 2 years. Their service is great, however it costs alot per month to keep it all. Has anyone had any experience with calling and asking for a better monthly rate?

I pay $55 a month for an HD box, a regular box, select plus package HD, HD fee included, and a 7 PPV free movies. I did sweat a little blood to get it done but they will play ball if you mention Bell. Call them and say you were on the phone with retentions and got cut off. It will take awhile.
The package runs for 2 years.
