Found -30degree for 2.49 at Canadian Tire. If anyone has cheaper let me know.

Metro is selling it for $2/jug this week.

If you're really comparing price, make sure you're comparing container size too.
Zellers had a sale this weekend for $2.55 but the jug is a US gallon, which is only 3.785L - 215mL less than a typical 4L container.

Shoppers Drug Mart has it for 1.99$ all the time, Life Brand.
Outside of that Costco has a good deal if you buy 4, its 2$ each.
