As an engineering student, we are required to complete all our homework on engineer's paper.
Where can I get a stack for a reasonable price in Vancouver?

This depends upon individual course instructors in my experience.

Most of the stuff that we used in college was 'gifted' from the engineering firms we worked with over the summers. It was a sort of status symbol to be using "PanCanadian Petroleum" or "JDS Uniphase" engineering paper, compared to "XYZ Engineering Ltd., Drumheller, AB" paper :).
The people without summer jobs and the first years bought their supplies either from the Engineering Students Society's kiosk, or from the University bookstore.
