go to dixie mall (QEW/Dixie) in sauga. additional 50% off lowest marked price. got 3 blazers/suit jackets at $20 each. 39.99 extra 50%off. they had alot of sizes left as of yesterday from what i remember atleast 8 racks full all 50% off. majority were size 40 and up but still a few 36 and 38's.

mine were reg $229 and up

I think it's just that Outlet store. Dixie usually has good outlet deals. The outlet in Ottawa doesn't have deals that good.

did they restock inventory yet? last time i went (near jan. 2) for shirts, they only had sizes XS, L, and XL pretty much. most of the shirts left were the unpopular ones too (didn't sell during boxing week)

I took a look in at richmond centre on saturday and they had yet to restock anything, so nothing new yet in bc.

I think it applies to the outlet stores - as far as I know the stores in richmond and metrotown are regular stores

Mexx hasn't sold much at any of the stores I have been to. The only noticable effect I have seen this past month is there are only a few or no mediums left. But if you are a S, L, XL, you will be hardpressed to find something sold out of your size.

I can't believe how much grey things have become at Mexx. Past two years, its just way to much monochrome colour schemes. They used to sell really hip/trendy clothing, but they have completely abandoned that market in favour of bland suits and pastel shirts. (Like there is not enough of those)

It's 25% off all items that are on sale... The sale items I was looking at that were 50% off last week are now an additional 25% off, i.e. 62.5% off regular price.

Mexx was pretty popular when I was a teenager (10 years ago). Maybe they're offering 'bland suits' and pastel shirts because their key market (21-31) is moving into professional jobs?

In any event, I haven't purchased anything from Mexx in the last 2 years except for a car coat. The store reminds me of Le Chateau, at least from a quality standpoint. For trendier threads, there's always Zara (shirts will last 1-2 years which is how quickly trends change).

They are still just clearing out their Winter styles.. spring styles if not moved in already will be in within a couple weeks, those will not be on sale

They make great stuff for kids/babies. We picked up a bunch of stuff for our son who's 3 months old right now. Walked out of there at the Outlet in Laval with a bunch of stuff for now and later at 50-65% off thanks to the additional discount.

I can confirm this - and also saw it at Richmond Centre in BC.

Mexx always have these additional sale on clearance/sale items throughout the year. Most of the time you'll only find items that are XL, XXL or XS. Usually it's only worth it when they have the 50% off everything during the start of the christmas season.
