We made a agreement to meet at Scarborough town center today at 3pm sharp for him to buy Gears of War 2 and Ninja Gaiden 2, for the xbox 360 of a total of $80 (http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?p=7733771#post7733771) over the phone yesterday night.

Today I travelled out of my way to get to Scarborough town center (I live in Richmond Hill) to meet jflip13 @ 3:00 I gave him a call to meet up but all I got was his voice message over and over again. I waited until 3:32pm at STC I finally got through on the phone but a girl answered claiming I have the wrong number even through I've called him 3 times on that number. He never showed up and I just went home, what a waste of time and gas.

This is the first time I got a no show from some one @ RFD

sorry for bumping this, but is there anything I can do rep wise? Does this count as a negative rep? I just want a check before I go on and rep him...

No you can't rep him because no transaction occured. Posting here and ranting is the most you can do, unfortunately

You should've thought about offering going out of your way beforehand.

yeah, I guess.. what already happened happen

the thing that makes me upset was he was hiding behind some one to answer his phone and wasting my time.

I don't generally stereotype Teens but then again they are proving unreliable

It saves so much time if you would just let there other person know you are unable to make the deal instead of just doing a no-show.

yeah I agree...

I have been doing some digging around in here:
http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/announcement.php?f=77&a=19

The Ratings:

Neutral: You would give this rating if the transaction went through, but not without significant difficulties (someone canceling a meeting at the last minute, etc).

I guess I could give him a neutral rep?? just leave a message to make users beware...

It's technically not allowed. Notice it says "the transaction went through." Yours didn't. I know it sucks, but according to the rules, you can't rep him :(

Yeah, it would be cool if RFD had a system where if a user "no-shows" it can be shown on his feedback page of how many have been left for that user. I guess the problem is, it becomes a "he said" "she said" thing.

Usually before I do a deal with a buyer I search them up if they do not have feedback or a reputation on here just incase, so it is good to have the situation posted here.
