on the ouac site, where you rank them, you can click on a link that brings you to each college's website.
i also read that you can change the rankings after you applied...so, if you get accepted, UofT will send you a brochure or package with information about each college and a deadline for which to rank them by.
you can also find pdf files on the UofT site:

or more specifically:

you can take any program at any college, some colleges will only accept you if you ranked them 1st, some colleges require higher grades than others, etc etc
just read up on all of them and see which one sounds best to you.
