We were suppose to meet in hamilton on hwy 6 that afternoon but 2pm flys past 3pm and so on then at 5pm i called him to ask what the hect is going on.

His response was oh im sorry but i have car trouble lol but never called to tell me wtf was going on

Then i get a message on friday saying i willg et back to you asap tomorrow which he never did this is just a warning to all rfd users i will update this post later on sinse i gotta go to work now

I think the point is when you knew you could not make the 2 pm meeting you should have called by 2:15 pm -- not any later. We all know sh*t happens, but your lack of consideration for the person waiting for you at the other end is why you're at fault. If I am scheduled to meet someone, I will call them at the scheduled meeting time if I am going to be more than 5-10 minutes late.

Personally, I think you probably got another offer for more money from somebody else closer and decided not to show up.

You screwed up and inconvenienced a fellow RFDer. Instead of being a J@ck @ss and calling him names, just apologize, make a REAL effort to make things right, or just walk away.

i apologized at the end of my last post, yet it keeps on going.

as i stated:
1) we couldnt meet on the date targeted. legitimately had a car issue (fuel injector 4 on my winter car was stuck closed). which i told him.
2) the next day, he said on the phone he couldnt meet up for the next while - he had to work, etc (understandable!)
3) he then asked me to ship. to which i refused. i have the right to refuse shipping. it's my item - First come first serve. if he wanted them THAT bad, he coulda come got them. but his excuse was "i dont wanna drive late, my wife doesnt like driving in the dark" (understandable also).
4) i found a buyer locally. i needed the cash. cash talks.

sure, my communication sucked. coulda been handled better - but i didn't owe them to anyone. it's not like he had an entitlement to them. everything on here is first come first serve. tell me one person who would hold ANYTHING for someone they didn't know?

it's not like we had "for sure at 2, at this exact spot, for sure %100". even the place of meeting wasnt set!

You're an experienced trader and you can't get over one small thing? I'd have 0 feedback if I didn't deal with people for reasons like this, but I've got nearly 50+ in the last 2 years by forgiving people's mistakes (and trust me, this mistake isn't Nicotine's) and moving on.

I can understand why you'd not want to deal with him, but to go as far as to buy it retail at MSRP and not from a BST trader is ridiculous. So you waited at home or something, who cares. The right thing to do is to put your differences aside and consider his offer on his other things.

there are people currently dealing with SCAMS on here worth big dollars.... all he wasted was a few mins on the phone.

No one's being a baby here, except maybe nic0tine who made a personal attack which is against forum rules. It is my right and duty to report inappropriate behaviour.

He wrote to me:

This was his defense after I pointed out to him if he had so many high-dollar successful transactions, why is his BST feedback ZERO?
