There are people who really dont care about the look inside of the computer and some that make it look neat
my question for the people who make it look neat is:
what supplies did you use to make it look organized?
and..
can you post a picture of your wirings

Twist ties could also work.

I got my zip ties from Canada Computers.
It's easier to have neat cables if your case has cable management.
Here's my Desktop. These pics are pretty old, but you get the idea.

You can see how the cable management works here.

I got some old pics of my PC here,

All you need are Zip ties, and some planning as to where all the wires are going to go and where/what yo can hide behind things. Of course some cases are better for this then others.

It helps to have a case with good cable management 'holes'

YEa, the Antec 300 doesn't have any special cable management holes for you to do anything special. Twist ties are the best, just scrounge them up from other electronics when they're packed, like power bricks, usb cables etc. They're super cheap (free) and very very easy to work with

Lots of good ideas can be found here:
http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=126395
Mainly dedicated to the Antec 900 but the methods can be applied to many different cases, particularly cable management. I'm in the midst of my own i7 build inside an Antec 900 and found this forum useful.
Tips from my own experiences thus far:
Those adhesive stick-on pads many use as cable tie anchors can be found at Home Depot next to the cable ties.
The rubber u-channel trim many use to line their hole cutouts can be had cheap or free from auto glass repair shops. I had a lot of trouble finding these two items.
If using a hole saw do not assume that the case is just too tough to cut through with those things, prior to checking that your drill is not in reverse mode

I tuck wires places, and run them along the sides of things.
I take my time to cable manage.
I literally spent an hour and a half managing my Antec 900.
If this doesnt work, i take everything out and i rethink it all.
As you can see, the Antec 900 doesnt have any cable management features.
I consider myself very good at cable management.
If you take a look, it LOOKS like a messy cable management job, but when you actually take apart the computer, the wires out out very clean, and no tangled mess, unlike all the other Antec 900 users i've seen with just a okay it fits here, not blocking any fans, i good.
Yes my hard drives are backwards only to eliminate the hard drive plugs that you'll see if it's properly inserted.
I would show you my old hardcore P3 with so much hardware upgrade + a 400w psu, that has alot of plugs, it's so clean.

I would stay away from 'zip ties' as much as you can. If you ever need to move something inside your case at a later date you are forced to cut the ties and could potentially cut or nick a wire as well. Also, you can do damage to certain wires if a zip tie is used and pulled to tightly.
You can pick up velcro from any hardware store that will be 10 times better than zip ties.
I use a combination of multi-coloured electrical tape to wrap some cabling and velcro. As shown, if you can hide your cabling behind your motherboard mount panel it helps with the overall look.
Best tip is to be patient and take your time when planning it out. Try to think of any upgrades you see in the future and try to leave yourself cable's to complete these. I have in the past run into this issue and had to undo a bunch of the tidying and usually it never goes back together quite as nice.

that's why they invented zip ties cutter. just go to any hardware depot/home depot/home hardware/dollar store and pick up a cutter and a box/bag of zip ties for like 10 bucks and you have enough supplies to cable manage about 50 computers.

Thanks alot everyone for their input.
I have velcro that came with the power supply, about 3 of them
(Enermax 525W Modu82+)
Problem with my wiring is that it all gets into a "traffic" jam in between the gpu and Ram area
I'll have to see what i can do

im probably going to use either zip ties or electrical tape in my build, though tape might leave some ickiness on the cables if i ever plan to reorganize

also, just putting my own two cents in here
if your case doesn't include a cable management system, some people have made their own system by drilling open holes on the motherboard rack to allow cables to go through
though that method definitely requires experience with power tools and such :0

anyone confirm that the black electrical tape is safe for me to use on the wires?

It's safe, it's electrical tape, that's what it's supposed to be used for!

totally safe, however when you try to re-organize the cables, add/remove component you'll have some sticky cables everywhere you used the black/or any other color electrical tape.
Not recommended!
I use cable ties or twisted cables all the time

I use the electrical tape for things that generally dont need to be moved or in between connectors - i.e. on the front I/O switch connector cables and in between molex/power connectors on power supply leads. I wouldnt recommend using them to tie cables together for obvious reasons as mentioned.
