Hi,

I'v use my ip5000 printer to print photos for a while, but in the end I found the original canon ink is very expensive. Can any one recomend a good replacement ink? I don't mind ebay or any online shop.

By the way, ip5000 use BCI-6 Yellow, Cyan, Magenta color inks.

Thanks

I have an Epson R200 that I got the ink from The Source (http://www.thesource.ca/estore/Product.aspx?language=en-CA&catalog=Online&category=InkRefills&product=2618857) with the bottles.

It is a pain in the butt taking care of the bottles and making sure the tubes don't get pinched or hang up the print head.

I also find that the flow for each bottle isn't the same. So pictures don't look as good as they should. This ink is great because I have printed a LOT of black stuff and haven't had to replace my black in a very long time.

Just a word of caution if you decide to go with the external bottle ink.
