When listening to a music clip, suddenly music crumpled up and computer froze.

Restarted the computer and there was no sound? Installed the latest drivers and still the issue was prevalent. Dis/Reconnected the audio cables and issue is still existing?

When installing the drivers, they don't show up on the control panels after installation. The default audio output is Bluetooth sound etc.

I cannot change the output, since there is only one option Bluetooth Handsfree Option ???? How can I fix this?

Do you have a soundcard or onboard sound?

try uninstalling drivers. run drivercleaner or driversweeper and nuke the reg and dlls. and reboot.

go into bios set the onboard audio to ENABLE and not AUTO.
once in windows see if hardware manager autodetects the onboard chipset.

if not time for an rma.
