I need a copy of Canon DPP and it's ridiculous how Canon doesn't make this software easily available on their website except for the updates. If someone here can lend me the CD for a day just so that I can install the software then that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The download from the Canon website is the full version. G10 site for downloads. (http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=DownloadDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=321&modelid=17624) Select your OS and DPP 3.5.1 updater download is available.
The installer is an updater and does check for DPP to be installed by looking in the registry.

You can also try your camera serial number and model here and see if it will let you download it: http://web.canon.jp/imaging/sdl/dpp-e.html
