So my story in short is I had a RAZR V3C for a 4 year contract (died on me a few weeks ago), I have a source inside who will replace the phone free of charge and then have my dad finish the contract which ends in August as he needs a phone. The pay on that phone was roughly $34-42 a month, depending on how much I went over my anytime minutes.
Now I want to get a phone and since I am almost out of university and in a business related job I am looking at the Blackberry curve 8330 from Bell. Now my source explained to me a plan that would suit my needs and be cheap (in his opinion). Now my question to RFD, is this plan cheap or can it be cheaper.
The plan as follows includes:
-Blackberry Curve 8330 *brand new* (Titanium color)
-Free leather belt case thingy
-300 anytime minutes
-500mb data plan
-2500 texts
-Unlimited nights after 9pm
-Unlimited weekends
-unlimited incoming
-Choice between free incoming or Free after 5pm (incoming and outgoing
-Call display
-Voice mail message center
-Waive $35 activation
-First 3 months unlimited local calls
-First 3 months 60% off bill
-Jawbone2 at cost price
^I send more texts that actual outbound calls, plus I receive more inbound then outbound as well.
The monthly price is $69.99 before taxes, plus there's a 10% off family coupon thing at bell valid till January 13 I think.
SO does RFD think this is a worthy deal?
