I'm looking for a cheap plan.

Ok, so I just moved to Vancouver, and am looking for a plan around $20-25. I am not really looking for a lot of weekday minutes or anything fancy, but I would like to try and get some of the following:

- Unlimited incoming calls
- Unlimited evenings/weekends (starting around 6ish)
- No monthly system access fee

Anyone know of any suitable plans?

already with a provider, or would this be your first cell? do you have a landline as well, or are you intending to use the cell exclusively?
