I registered Rogers digital VIP plan 3month ago. At the time when I signed up, they added some fantastic freebies like "Pick All Specialty Channels" and "HDTV Specialty Channel Package". Actually these Pick All channels were spread over many channel sections. I don't have time to view them
3 months later, I found my bill is added by over $50/m which is way more than original Digital VIP package. At this time it is just 2-3 days past 3 months. Then I called Rogers to check and want to get rid these. CSR replied that I have to wait for next billing cycle to clean it up, said Rogers changed policy that it won't return credit back to customer for unused/remaing days in overpaid service. Rogers used to return credit back to customer for unused/cancelled days in billing cycle.
To me, it is really a scam. How come this so-called pick-all stuff worth more than Digital VIP? Totally pissed off by Rogers.
