I know that CanadaComputers has the BFG GeForce GTX 260 OC MAXCORE for a good price, but do you think it will drop even more for boxing day?

I'm looking for a 260 as well and watching the prices. The only difference is that i'm looking at the EVGA. I don't know if the prices will drop that much.

I wouldn't mind getting a EVGA but they are more than the BFG. It's basically the same card, right?

With the upcoming Jan 9th release of the 55nm GTX 285 and 295 (limited supply) and their aggressive pricing, I suspect the GTX 260 will be available at a lower price.
That to me means the boxing day price should be significantly better than it is now to help move stock and stay competitive with the new price reduction on the ATI 4870's.
This is supposition on my part but NCIX has had a couple of surprise special prices recently on the GTX 260 MaXcore for $239 (which is where I got mine: (Came with FarCry 2 and Futuremark Vantage Advanced btw).
I would expect to see MaXcore for $239 or better.

$239 would be a great deal. CC has them for $279 after $50 MIR.

I expect to see the BFG GeForce GTX 260 OC MAXCORE in NCIX's boxing sale coming up at 7 est tonight. (Just a hunch)

NCIX has them now for $249.99 after the $50 MIR + a $25 gift card.

Can the gift card be be added to the purchase too or is this for future purchases?
