32 inch Sony Bravia from Best Buy

I'm really looking to get this LCD. I've read really good reviews online, but have read one bad comment about this lcd on here. I want to use it basically for dvds/blue ray/and sony ps3. i have pirated satellite too so it doesn't really mean anything for tv watching. can anyone tell me whether or not its worth buying this television for 499 at best buy on boxing day?

I bought this TV back some months ago(summer) when the Brick had it on sale for $599. I got Bestbuy to price match it and it came to like $584.

I use this tv for my HDTV at 1080i, DVD, and Xbox 360. I tell you this is a very nice TV right out of the box. And at a steal of a price. Sony quality and at a very good price.
