I was looking forward to purchasing a new laptop at the online only deal which many have replied to from any of my previous threads. I wasn't really expecting the majority of the laptops to all be refurbished laptops. Can anyone tell me their experience purchasing a refurbished laptop? There is one or two HP laptops that seem to have nice specs at a good price but the "factory refurbished" below it makes me worried not to purchase it. I did read though that it could just be them clearing overstock to make room for newer products but could also be repaired/damaged goods also. I'm hoping for the "overstock" reasoning. I wanna pair it up with a 1tb external drive possibly the maxtor deal that they have going. I have a BB gift card so BB is my only option with FS online also I guess.
