Nice, this is why I wanted the Sony Ericsson K850i. I should try out my W760i (3.2MP) to compare.

Love the Audi Q7.

The W760 3.2mp takes very decent photos with great light. Get a pic and post back here :)

I'm up from Triple Shot White Peppermint Mocha. LOL I just got home from dropping off my cousin at the Airport.

I couldn't resist, a few drops are coming down but I got some quick shots (Canon SD1100IS). I'm a beginner, using Night Mode. :cheesygri

Are you kidding? It's freakin' cold out there!

I really wish I had brought my camera last week with me to Las Vegas. I was 'snowed' in there. Normally my camera goes EVERYWHERE, but I left it behind for security reasons. There were some great shots to be had of palm trees covered in snow.

Oh I know :cheesygri. I am going to be recieving my Tamron 17-50 in the next week and I want to give it a test run; probably heading down to the Forks. Hopefully my battery dies before my fingers freeze.

Friends don't let friends shoot in this weather!

The skating rink will be awesome to shoot. I love the forks for wandering around with my camera but have only done it a couple of times in summer.

How is it going there in HK? Is it true that the girls there love Asian guys who speak english? (and vice versa?)

ha...not too sure about that. But the new thing here seems to be HK girls with caucasian guys. It's kinda like "Look at me, I have a foreign boyfriend = bling bling". Ever since I got here, they've been giving me the impression that a lot of them are extremely materialistic (totally off the chart). Just take a day and walk around the city, you'll see that the density of LV, Gucci...etc handbags here (real and fakes) is sooo damn high. People here are very superficial, everything is for show.

Hey, how did you get the "Deal Guru" title?? You must have accomplished something extraordinary while I'm away...what was it?

Seriously? haha ... I guessed times have really changed, my aunt was the first in the family to marry a white guy and after so many years they finally accepted her back into the family. Having a good rep is important for chinese people, so yeah I guess people there are materialistic if they have the money for it.

The "Deal Guru" title anyone can get after 10,000 posts. I guessed I sort of replaced you as the RFD "chatbox" after you moved away. :cheesygri

Thanks Kay, that's exactly the kind of photos I'd like to show her. I told her the snow isn't always as "nice" as those in the glorified photos that she sees a lot of online. Just explained to her about the dirty snow, the dull looking sky and the cracks in the roads.

I totally agree with you on that. There are a lot of well dressed people in Central and the Admiralty area. HK very much reminds me of New York City.

Chinese girls dating white guys isn't unique to HK. It's a big deal in Shanghai and Beijing as well.

View north from King and Bay, Toronto, 11am Friday 19th. Can't see the strong winds in the picture but it was bad. Rode my bike all day long in this crap. Some day, one of the worst ever in my 10yrs+ as a bike courier.
