Used Intel PRO/1000 GT Gigabit PCI Network Adapter Card (NIC). Bought it about 1.5 years ago; has worked great ever since. Updated the motherboard on my server which came with onboard gigabit LAN, so no need for this anymore.

Used Cooler Master Hyper 6+ CPU heatsink + fan. This has been used for 2+ years, and works great. Here (http://www.pcper.com/article.php?aid=151&type=expert) is an article about it. It was used in a socket 478 motherboard, but supports Socket A/370/462/754/939/940/LGA 775 as well.
