So I paid Fishingdays on Nov 24 through PayPal. He claimed that the item was shipped on the 26 and said that the latest the item should arrive is the 1st. But when asked for the tracking ID, he said that he thought he had already given it to me, that he shipped a couple of things on Friday (which was the 28th) and that he'd look for it. And obviously, he never replied to any of my messages afterwords.

I've went through PayPal's Resolution Center, opened the case on the 8th. And just got an e-mail back today from PayPal saying that the case was in my favour but they were unable to recover my funds at all???

I just contacted my credit card company, and hopefully they'll be able to do something about it.

His name (according to PayPal, not sure if it's real): Jonathan Lambros
His e-mail: jmlambros@hotmail.com
Location (according to him): Orleans, ON

How 'bout some IPs already? RFD can't seem to block him, so every time he's caught, post his IP.

Ryan says he can't give it to us, I believe him but this sucks.

So let me get this straight, I can create multiple accounts with multiple e-mails and go around the internet ripping off people and getting off scot-free for years because cops don't like doing paper work, forums have privacy laws, and banks cannot divulge info on the scammers' accounts?

Isn't there something wrong with this picture? Oh please, Canadian cops busted a guy in Holland for sending the pic of a nude kid to somebody in Malaysia through a third-party e-mail and this was done even without anybody accusing or snitching on the guy. C'mon, let's do something about this scammer
