I buy a book from them for $5, pay $12 for shipping, and I still haven't received it. It's been more than 20days. I emailed Alibris regarding my order and they told me to wait 30 days:mad: . I needed that f***in book so I could start studying for next semester.
Alibris does not cancel orders. So I'm wondering if I should call my BMO, tell them the story and ask for a chargeback? Is that possible?
Never had such a situation occur before, so I have no idea what to do.
