Please Help - Did I get scammed?

Hello everyone,
Hope you can help or give me some of your opinions ,
i really appreciate it .
Here is my story :
On Nov 29 /2008 i had a deal with the person which his nick is DaVyzah regarding the " Megashares account " he want to sell .

His name: Vishal Sukhdeo

Premium Megashares Account for 6 Months


I am willing to sell a megashares account with 6 months left ( I can show you all the proof you want) for 20$.

Willing to go through Paypal.

The reason why I'm selling this so quick is that I have already downloaded the files I needed to download and have no use for this for the 6 more months.


It expires May 22, 2009.

After email him , i immediatly sent the payment to his Paypal account and the money has been withdraw form my account about 1 week later .
While his promise is he will send me the info after he received the payment ,but i'm waiting and waiting , never heard anything from him ,i also sent him pm's / emails to ask for the deal to be finished on his side but he did not reply to me .

Today i decide to file the dispute complain with paypal and finally he did replied me back and told me that he already sent me the "login info" which i never received . I ask him for the copy of that email to resent to me and he said he did not keep track of it and say i try to get free product and want money back ??

Now we all see the conflict on his own here .If he really have only one account (for real) , he should resent it easily instead of labelled me as i'm try to use his product and get money back ??.

To me , $20 is not alot of money but more important is the reputation . Being with RFD for a long time , i really like the system and every Mods and forum members here most of them are so nice . I never have any problems before but to keep this forum going better , i would like report my own case to you .

i'm part of the online pc community.

i sell steam accounts, cd keys and rapidshare/megashares accounts whenever i can get ahold of them. no theyre not stolen, no theyre not keylogged, nothing illegal. we just get them for a cheaper price then resell them. no i don't have ads posted for this stuff because im dealing on an international note and theyre just simple transactions.

**** like this has happened before where i'd send out credentials. the guy likes the account but doesnt care about the person he's doing business with. because it's an online, non tangible item, he figures he can get his money plus keep the account. they've been occasions where i'd win in my favour and they'd win in their favour. this has happened to me twice before in about a year and a half of doing this type of business. it's good pocket change but i don't care about 20$ when it's the principle of what this guy is doing. i sent him the email a day after the echeque cleared.

i have a good rep on here and all the people who have done face-to-face business with on here know this as well as people ive dealt with online outside of rfd too.

no, i'm not a business man, i don't run a business. i work under someone else. i have a normal life. i just happen to have a few accounts' logins. i sell them.

it's like i'm on the street, being like hey you want this shirt for 20 bucks, its enyce, its rocawear, i got a few extra. that's it. you want me to go make a budget report and an income statement and provide financial documents regarding gaming accounts and file sharing accounts? please.

he paid me, i simply gave him the login credentials. this guy paid me late november is when he sent me an echeque, i constantly clear my inbox since then.

You should be able to check your sent messages to see which account info you sent him before. If you sent account info (including passwords), to other people, why don't you just try to login to the other accounts? I'd assume they would change the password once they got the info, so when you find the one you can still login to, then you've got the right account. Also FYI, lying isn't a selling strategy. That should be apparent by the responses you've been getting in this thread.
