Bought a Tamron 17-50 f2.8 in July for my Nikon D40.
Not entirely happy with the len's sharpness at 50mm. Lens also refuses to focus at the odd time forcing me to reboot my camera. Sharpness better after taking it for repairs at Amplis but I end up using my Nikon 50mm f1.8 for portraits now. Planning to buy a Sigma 24-70 f2.8 HSM lens whenever it comes out.
Lens is in excellent condition with hood, original packaging, receipt, and warranty. Local trade only. Willing to meet in the downtown area. Will throw in a 67mm B+W UV filter with the deal. Asking $300 or better offer. :cheesygri
