It works for me at 1349 still when I add it to my cart. I was actually tempted by it as I am waiting to get a 50" plasma 1080p for under 1000 but this is almost there.

Thats only for LCDs. They use it to correct motion blur that happens during fast pace movies and sports.

The TV runs at 60 hrz at 1080p

Yep. I plan on PM tomorrow. Picked up the TV less than a week ago.

I thought the extra 10% discount didn't apply to Tv's already on sale?? Is this just a pricing error or instore will have the same?
