Nissan versa for $9,999.00??!?!?!

Hi, I saw an adverstisement a couple weeks back on a newpaper or something for a brand new versa for starting price 9,999$. Is this true or am I just imagining things????

That's the price for the new versa 1.6 sedan in US. Here its around 12500. Dunno about the one here, but in the US its a very base model.
