Hi,

I lost my one and only original key to my 1996 Toyota Corolla but have a "copied" back up key where I keep in my wallet in case I lock the keys inside.

So I was wondering how much does Toyota Charge to remake an original master key? Do I need to show ownership to the dealership where I almost every month for a oil change and all the service needed done there?

I am having so much bad luck this month ... first my license plate gets stolen and now I lose my keys :mad::mad::mad:

Thanks,
Chris:mad::mad:

Well I don't know the exact price but it will be cheaper than average since there will be no immobilizer programming for a car that old.

You should bring your ownership and ID because they probably have security protocols in place to prevent just anyone from walking in with a VIN and some cash.
