View Full Version : Problems w/ Acanac internet billing.

Hello,

I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this topic (if it's in the wrong place, I'm sorry and if the mod could move it to the appropriate spot, it'd be appreciated). But I really need help on this issue. I signed up w/ Acanac last year for the first time and paid the 1 year fees right away. I understand that after the one year, their monthly price will be around $34 including taxes. Before the end of my first year w/ them, I had sent an email to the billing department request to change the billing cycle from yearly to monthly cuz I can't afford to pay $400 for the yearly fees right away. They emailed me back w/ a ticket number and nothing ever got done. Just today, I received another email saying that they already charged my credit card for the yearly amount. I am frustrated right now cuz I can't get through their accounting/billing department by phone to talk to them and sending emails doesn't seem to work.

Has anyone else dealt w/ them regarding changing billing cycle? Please advice. Any input would be appreciated.
