Will these Tires/Rims Fit?

I'm picking up some winter tires for an Acura TSX and the Wheel specs are as follows:
Stocks on TSX
17x7 215/50/17
5x114.3
55mm+ offset

Winter Wheels off a Acura TL

205/60/16
5x114.3
and i believe they're a 45mm+ offset

Will I have any issues with these tires on a Acura TSX because of the difference in offset?

I think they should be fine.
I interchange rims with many cars in the acura line up.
