Anyone have any details on this? I tried call them as well, but I was on hold for a really long time and hung out.

Have you tried the "live help" from their website? It is usually pretty responsive.

I emailed them last week about it. They said they didn't have any info yet on them, but they should at the beginning of the month.

I asked about switching a current non-TSFA account to a TSFA account and they said it could easily be done without any service charges.

Thanks for the info. Did they say if there would be charges to withdraw money from the TFSA account?
