I have no issues with this company when it comes to claims but there is a small glitch i noticed when it comes to underwriting.

I was a secondary driver in my dad's vehicle until 2007 and got to know that all the accidents/claim occurred by my dad came under my history as well.

I was with State farm from 2005 - Aug 2007 as a secondary driver. In Aug 2007 I moved to BelAirdirect. I got married so I heard there is a better deal with State Farm through my wife's company. So when I decided to go back, I found out that there were two accidents under my name which were occurred by my dad. Since it’s a different Agent, I need to talk to old agent and new agent along with the underwriters to get this issue fixed. The good news it’s fixed

So if you are secondary driver, make sure to call state farm and verify your history is clean and none of the primary drivers claims come under yours.

If an AUTOPLUS is pulled, the claim would surely show under your dads name. I do not know if st farm uses such a system as they are what they sell and use what they have on their screen/system. I would, however, make sure these details are coded to the proper driver so it does not reflect on you in the future when you move to a different company.
