Hey looking for a deal on a ds lite anyone know where to get one for good price????

can't wait till boxing because its a gift need it by end of the week or so anyone know of a good deal???

Alot of places selling it. Zellers and ToysRUs are selling the nintendo DS for $100 if you buy a game over $19.99. Or you can price match at FS or BB

na its for a little kid anyway so it doesn't matter if its a new type or old right??? as long as they can use it and play with it then its all good

Probably. From the thread in the hot deals section, it seems like some people were able to PM FS/BB and have it as 2 different items on the receipt. That way, it made it easier for them to return the game later and still keep the DS lite for $99. However, it's pretty much all luck on whether or not that works.

Oh and ask how long the price protection is if you buy from BB/FS. If it does extend to late december/early january, you might as well try to PM them and then afterward hope there's a better price drop later.

edit: since it's for a kid, i don't think the new DSi would matter much for them. Most of the new features and the price is not that appealing if you ask me.

If you're getting the brain type of games. There's a sale for 2 for $30 so it adds up to $15/game. and you can get the DS for $100. Otherwise, I'm not sure if it works. Get a gift receipt. Get them to put it separately? hmm..but then you end up with a merchandise credit. But I guess you could use that toward something else later.
