LF: Cheap Laptop

Looking for cheap laptop, don't care the brand or model (as long as it is reliable), I just need it to have video out (VGA or S-Video). If it has built in wireless receiver, it would be perfect. New or refurbished is fine.

Note: I basically use it to check emails and output video signal to my TV, maybe play music CDs occasionally. :)
