I know that one requirement of Interest Relief is that you must reside in Canada.
Does anyone have more information about this requirement? Does it refer to the legal residency status or literal meaning of physically residing in Canada.
Does working abroad but still remaining residential ties with Canada (i.e. filing tax income in Canada) qualify for Interest Relief.
Any help would be appreciated.
