I realize this question is based mostly on speculation at this point, but does anyone have any guesses as to what the boxing day prices on HDTVs will be like this year? I keep hearing that they'll be cheaper to "increase consumer holiday spending during the recession", but how long do you think they'll go?
Personally, I'm looking for something 40-42", 1080p, and preferably brand name. Currently I see these as low as $799 (http://www.bestbuy.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?logon=&langid=EN&sku_id=0926HDS0010109986&catid=24558), what do you think the chances of getting down to around $599?
