Any inexpensive LCD desk mounts out there? It doens't have to have any fancy articulation, so long as it allows for portrait/landscape rotation.

Yikes. Surely there's something cheaper? That has a lot more articulation than I need.

I was kind of hoping there might be some way to get one from Dell on the cheap. Dell monitors have detachable stands, right?

Anybody? Something like http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2294057&CatId=2466 would be ideal - except of course that one is apparently for 20" or smaller monitors only, and I have a 22".

(I guess I was thinkng of HP monitors in that last post.)

You may want to consider just selling your LCD and picking up a Dell ultra sharp LCD, which have the height and pivoting features you want. Unless of course you already have a very nice high end lcd... just my 2cents ;)

Does monitors not come with a stand these days?? just wondering..Well, they do, but unless you get them from Dell or HP, it won't have any fancy rotation or tilting capabilities. Even CRTs used to have stands that could do that - but then, CRTs could be viewed from a much wider range of viewing angles than the typical LCD.

Anyway, I found that stand I linked to above at Amazon.ca with free shipping, so I figured I'd get it over with.
