TRU: PS3 Greatest Hits Games $15-25 each

Hey all,

Was just on TRU website looking around and noticed the following deals for PS3 games... not as hot as 12.99 like zellers.. but not everyone got that so here are the deals..

Rainbow Six Vegas 1 - 14.97
Fight Night Round 3 - 14.97
Need for Speed Carbon - 14.97
Ninja Gaiden Sigma - 24.97
Warhawk - 24.97
Assassian's Creed - 24.97
Call of Duty 3 - 24.97
Resistance 1 - 24.97

Also, Army of Two is on for 24.99 if anyone is interested..

i guess you can PM some of the 14.97 games to get them for 13.49 from certain stores like FS or BB if they sell them for 29.99..

thx for the links... its weird cuz rock revolutionj shows up and its 49.99.. but its 24.97 for 360.. so i think it suppose to be 24.97..

Nice, Fight Night Round 3 sounds good. Though, I shouldn't buy it since NHL 09 consumes all of my gaming time at the moment.

I know. I played it on my friend's 360. Loved it. We all made our own characters, some of which surprisingly look a lot like us. The character creater mode is awesome. So ya, we did that and beat the sh*t out of eachother. It was funny seeing my lanky self knock out my friend's ripped character. Though, in real life, he would definitely wreck me cause he's actually built.

FNR3 on PS3 is basically completely different than 360 because of the 1st person perspective

also the 9 months of polish to character models REALLY shows in this view

I went to best buy first, they had 3 in the system but they couldn't find them.

Oh really. I didn't know that. I actually just came back from picking it up. I hope I end up liking it. I rather enjoyed the game play on the 360. I suppose I could sell it if not. Thanks for the heads up.

it has the 3rd person view found in the 360 version as well

I think the game is WAAAAAAAAAAY better in first person.........though it's a bit easier because you can read your oponent better

I just picked up Rainbow Six Vegas 1 - 14.97 and Fight Night Round 3 - 14.97. None of these sale prices were marked in the store, I just took them to the cashier and they rang up at these prices.

if online, your local BB store(s) show stock, you might wanna order online for ISPU 1st... if they can find it, they'll approve the ISPU order. if not, you just saved yourself the time/gas/$ makin' the trip there

or, you could also call the store for SKU check and ask them to physically look for the game if their inventory system indicates they have it

the list is not that bad id say.. like the greatest hit games arent terrible... but arent top notch.. although i love(d) ninja gaiden sigma.. although after i couldnt even get past level 2 like 2 months ago, i havent played it since lol

the only ones i dont have on that list are COD3 and NFS carbon... not sure if i want to do a pricematch and pick up carbon for like 13.50 just to have it and play once in a while.. but then maybe thats what i purchased ridgeracer 7 for 5 dollars for lol
