they're prepaid phones so theres no contract to sign and thats the price you pay for the phone only (maybe with soem activation credit) so it is a warm deal

This phone was $69.99 (if I'm not mistaken) few weeks ago at Best Buy Grand Opening Sale. It includes $50 activation credit. So the phone itself worths $20+tax
