Contacting CRA - 1-800-959-5525 doesn't work?

I'm trying to update my profile online, but their site is telling me I'm not the primary business owner when I'm the only owner and it tells me to call 1-800-959-5525. All I get is a busy signal. Is this number dead?

The number works fine for me here in Ontario. I just tried it. Perhaps it was just busy when you called!

Thanks, it's working now. I was trying for a few hours, they must be busy!
