This is a warning to all plastic scrap traders. Do not do business with APC Recycling located at Killingworth, CT. I ordered LDPE grade A film and I got dirty film, paper waste and diaper waste. I personally went down to talk to them and they agreed to pay me back $3600 in August. I still haven't received the money. Do not do business with APC Recycling, they will scam you.
