I've got a question, My company is a merchant service provider, and when we charge them a 1 time account setup fee upfront when they sign the contract, how do we get the money through their bank account to our account, is there some form they have to fill?, but i remember back then when i worked for another company, the client just sign the contract and they just charge from their bank, does someone have a idea on this? thanks
