We have rented a office for 4 years, and we signed up 3 years contract Bell Small Business Phone Line in the beginning.
Now we wish to cancel cause we are closing, they say contract is auto renewal but we never agreed to another 3 years. Are they legally able to do this? So now we have to pay 2 years of early termination fee. Rep said in the $1000+
What is the max Bell can charge for early termination?

If you just close the company, dissolve the corporation, and disappear from the address... what can they do? I hope you did not sign up on a personal name.
