Just had some samosas today from Sultan of Samosas. Haven't had any from there in awhile but I was in the neighbourhood so picked some up.

I tried 6 different kinds of samosas and thought they were quite delicious. I definitely would recommend them; however they are not cheap. I bought 12 samosas for $10 and they are not that big.

Anyone know of any other good samosa places? There has got to be more... I want to try!

Unfortunately my favs are nowhere near you

For West Indian style I like Da Hot Shoppe on Fairview St in Burlington
and East Indian I like Taj on Centennial in Hamilton

Embassy Samosa King at Middlefield and Finch in Scarborough. They only have vegetarian but I think they're 5 for $1.

I went to Sultan of Samosas a few times and thought they were good but way overpriced.

I can never find beef samosas. My friend always likes veggie samosas for some reason.. i mean, i know people love their veggies, but you can just buy a can of veggies at the supermarket. Theres nothing satisfying like a nice beef filled samosa.

By default, in India, Samosa's are always vegetarian!
And the irony of "Beef Samosas" is that in India, Beef = BAD!! Cows = Sacred!

I thought Hindus didn't eat beef, while Muslims (who I thought represented the majority of the religious people there) didn't eat pork, but did eat beef.

Anyways, after having the beef samosas at Simba Grill, I rarely ever go to Sultan of Samosas anymore.

$10 for 12 samosa's, hopefully they are top notch quality. In mississauga here, you can find veggie samosa's 3 for one dollar. In brampton, 4 for one dollar at most places.

I haven't seen beef samosa's anywhere in mississauga or brampton, then again, I haven't looked

Do you have the address and/or phone number to Simba Grill?

its not a good idea to assume every indian is a hindu. Even though lots believe in hinduish, Many and I mean many of them are muzzy's (muslims), many are sikh, many are catholics, and many more are anglicans (protestants). out of all these religions, almost all of them have no beef with beef except hindu. dont have a cow man.

The best samosa's in my opinion are 3 for $1 at the Samosa Factory off of Albion Rd, 1 block west of hwy 27. They only sell veggie samosa's. However their Sweets are excellent and a $4/lb, its a steal!!!!
