Tonloc will rip you off, if that isn't already news to you. He may come off as a nice guy trying to do the right thing, but when he thinks he can get away with something, he will do it. I visited the guy many times and he hooked me up with hardware and in turn i would help him out. He offers to take my computer when it wasn't working and i have not heard from him in over 4 months. I looked under his threads and he was selling some of my hardware. Ignores phone calls, messages, emails, manages to never be home when i show up at his place. I know several several people in his area that won't talk to the guy because he has burned them all in some way. He has excuses, but none of them are actually liable.

Can you provide more details of your multiple RFD transactions? You joined just a month ago with 1 post but mentioned that you & him traded many times...I'd like to know how many & what type of trades were exchanged.

You can also contact previous buyers/sellers in his BST Feedback to gauge his honesty/dependability. But I admit it's weird to see items you sent in for repair to be re-posted for sale. Is that possible? That takes a lot of b@lls to sell something that doesn't belong to him.

If I remember correctly as well, this guy has had a history of having things shipped to him and apparently getting "lost".

I'd also exercise caution against Tonloc judging from what I've heard. Always had a fishy feeling about this character.

Unbelievable how someone with no feed back himself or any proof of integrity or honesty, can come on this forum and start bad mouthing someone. And others will join in for no good reason other than to jump on the band wagon. Today was the first time I heard anything about this incident. And that is why I never responded to this accusation earlier.
This guy say's I repaired his stuff and sold it ? Well then he should have contacted the proper authorities . This guy purchased some items from me to build a machine with. And all the items worked perfectly so nothing wrong there, but this guy crammed everything into a small case. And what happened is that this guy had a coolit unit that he bought from me, and during the summer months it condensed on the water block and water droplets got all over the motherboard and video card which was mine, as I had loaned it to him to use temporarily but the card got shorted out,and the board to.So I guess I should be calling him a thief since I was never paid for that video card that was destroyed!
So he brought me the machine to see if I could do anything to repair it,which I told him I could not do.To make this story short he contacted me after a couple of months and wanted his parts back.
Any time I had dealt with this guy previously everything was fine with our transactions until he fried his own machine himself and by himself!
My heatware transactions speak for themselves. I have always shipped everything I have ever sold to anyone. As my heatware speaks for it's self:
http://www.heatware.com/eval.php?id=35347
But yet people like RealRena post and link my name to a previous shipping incident that has totally nothing to do with this situation. When I ship I insure all items and people get what I send them and I am responsible until it arrives, and I expect the exact same from who ever I deal with. I am sure all others would also expect the same and no less!
As for selling his parts (his motherboard) when he made that statement to me,I told him that I could show him my board which had a different serial number on it,and it could be verified by the serial# on his box which was different from my box and board serial#.
I will say it one time only, this guy is mad and the reason he is mad is because he felt that I should have sold him replacement parts at a hell of a discount,so he could have repaired or built another machine. I told him that warranty would not cover anything that had been water damaged by him but he felt that it was some how my fault because he voided his warranty and felt cheated some how! And since he could not get another machine up and running for free he thinks I am to blame!
Also he mentions other people that live in my area, that are angry with me and do not speak to me because of other bad dealing with me.
If that is true why does he not mention any of their names, or better yet why do they not also post with him and state what problems they have had with me also regarding their dealings with me also!
It is so easy to make an accusation when you do not have to back it up! I doubt he has left out names to save me any embarrassment, here is an idea maybe he does not have any names or anyone to come forward and back up his story!
And last but not least none of this situation was ever conducted either on or through RFD.
Thanks to anyone who reads this and remains fair mind!

Well, if what Tonloc says is true. Tonloc should return the PC the exact same way it was given to him by nemesis12. However, nemesis12 also has to pay Tonloc for the video card that was fried.

Don't be ridiculous. I was only trying to show nemesis12 on what mcg was talking about, the "If I remember correctly as well, this guy has had a history of having things shipped to him and apparently getting "lost"." thing.

Don't bad mouth me when you didn't know my true intention.

Have a nice day.

And the bottom line i don't have anything back.
lol, its funny how he says the is the first hes heard of this and yet later admits that he has my stuff and continues to throw words in my mouth.
I will admit that i'm mad and posting on here is none of my business, but i wouldn't go through all this hassle if what i said wasn't all true. Tonlocs blurb is the most i've heard from him in the last 5-6months and after his comment about 'this is the first he has heard of this situation', he should have called me immediately, seeing as he knows excatly who i am. but no, he continues to hide out and defend himeself.
Tonloc is the one who OFFERED to help me in my situation and obviously he is skilled with computers, so i was very happy to take him up on that offer. I'm not mad at my situation or anything like that. He said he would test everything and salvage what he could and he didn't, so i want it back, its not that much to ask. I will also note that after that large blurb he mentions nothing of giving my stuff back. Tonloc told me many such things of him scamming large companies like pc power and cooling and ocz saying that ' they owe me for all the stuff that i've bought from them'.
I posted here because I wanted to hear what tonloc had to say and see if he would call me and it would be good for people to know that this guy is sketchy and can't truely be trusted.
oh and i will also note that his graphics card wasn't even in my system at the time. He loaned it to me and i didn't take it out of the box. Tonloc sold it locally and i was in contact with the guy he sold it to and he said it was fine.
