Hi guys, I need more information about pattern a new innovative idea that will literally wipe out USB drive in the market. Basic idea is that it is still a USB but it incorperate somethingelse to make it even more practical and effective usage. My question is that will this be consider a new idea that can be pattern? or the pattern agency will consider this to be old invention and thus, can't be pattern. I hope this can be pattern because I don't want the big guys to steal my idea. Is there any pattern information that I can look up on for patterning qualification? How is the guys that invent music player in the usb drive performing? do they also got a pattern for this? or this is just an upgrade version? Thanks for your entrepreneur spirit guys

One of the most difficult to read posts I've read in a while....
When you say pattern do you mean PATENT? or are you talking about the TV show Fringe...? =P =|

There are several methods in getting your product to market but you should research current patents to ensure there's no infringement - it it's your first time then hire a lawyer to assist you. In the simplest terms you need to submit your invention to the patent office for approval. And you should protect your patent/trademark in every country that you'll do business.
