PS3 Resistance 2 - Q about pre-order from BB

Did anyone else pre-order the PS3 version of Resistance 2 from Best Buy?

Here is my problem - I pre-ordered and I thought that as a pre-order bonus I was supposed to get a code for an online skin. I did not get the code with my order and BB support says that it is only for the collector edition.

What are other people's experiences?

One other thing - BB said that shipping would be $1.99 but on my packing slip it says the shipping charge was $2.25.

I don't know if Best Buy had any special preorder bonus, but I can confirm that the online wraith skin can be found inside the Collectors edition.

I preordered the CE from BB too and haven't receive anything from them yet even though they said emails of the code will be out on the 4th.

the wraith skin is inside the game for EB buyers so its probably pre-packaged as such.

The code arrived by email a few minutes ago.

Strange that it would take them so long to get it out to me.
