After Eight Hot Chocolate in Vancouver? [Archive]

My wife is addicted to the stuff, and I can't find any more here. We finally ran out of the stockpile we bought last Christmas, lol. Anyone know where to buy it? All I can find at Walmart/Safeway/Save-On/RCSS/London Drugs is the plain Carnation items, with and without marshmallows of course:lol:.

Not sure about Vancouver but we don't have it in Toronto yet. Most store should be clearing their Halloween stuff to put out the Christmas stuff. Give it 2 weeks or so for the shipment to arrive

I was pretty sure it was seasonal, but not positive... thanks for the info. I'll suggest she make some booze-chocolate for now.:D Yum! Bailey's hot chocolate:lol:

Jeez, I have half a mind to invite you over to my place to pick up my barely used can. Such a letdown for me ... but maybe I should try some tonight to give it a second chance.

I'm sure it's pretty seasonal ... you may be able to find it at some food discounter place, LOL.

I wasnt impressed either, actually just put my almost full can in the trash two weeks ago!!

I'm pretty sure she was "cutting" it with some kind of regular hot chocolate. I thought the mint was a little overdone the one or two times I tried it.

Well, I tried it last night again.

Some hot water, a couple of large scoops of After Eight and then the rest milk to make ~ 400ml or so. I added some extra milk because I went overboard with the scoops.

It tasted a bit funny as i'm sure the powder has gone a bit bad since we're talking xmas of '07 :cheesygri but it was okay.
